How to Use ALEX Builder to Review ALEX Data

Learn how to review your ALEX conversations using ALEX Builder.

What is ALEX Builder?

To create your conversation, ALEX pulls information from our back-end system, ALEX Builder. Once you’ve logged in to ALEX Builder, you’re free to explore the data in each module. If you’d like to suggest a change to something, click the bubble next the corresponding field and leave a comment.

Viewing changes

You can see all the recent changes to ALEX Builder by clicking Viewing Options in the left-hand panel and turning on Review Edits. You can see all the changes since a specific date, or all the changes since your last release of the ALEX conversation.

• To see the changes since a specific date, select Track From Date, enter a date, and click View Results.
• To see the changes since your last release, select Between Publishes, and enter the two numbers your Implementation Team provided you.
• If multiple people are reviewing at the same time, select Track From Date, enter today’s date, and click View Results. This will let each reviewer see the changes that the other reviewers are making.

Once you’ve chosen which changes to see, you can close the Viewing Options panel by clicking the upper left-hand arrow.

Reviewing in ALEX Builder

To create your conversation, ALEX pulls information from our back-end system, ALEX Builder. Once you’ve logged in to ALEX Builder, you’re free to explore the data in each module. If you’d like to suggest a change to something, click the bubble next the corresponding field and leave a comment.

1. Navigation

This panel show all the modules and plans covered in your conversation.

2. Pages

Click on a Medical plan to see all the pages associated with that plan. Be sure to click through each page to review all the information.

3. Fields

Underlined text can be changed to match the details of your plan—these are called “configurable fields,” and this is where we need your review. Click on the blue text to change the field. You can click on the “View Edits” button to view previous changes made to a field.

4. Comment Bubbles

You can click a comment bubble to make a comment on a field—or to read existing comments. If the comment bubble is purple, that means there are existing comments.

You can click on the question mark at the end of each configurable field for more information.
