Before reviewing ALEX, check the details in ALEX Builder.
ALEX Builder holds the plan details and eligibility rules for each of your employee groups, and that data flows into each of your ALEX URLs. Before reviewing ALEX, start by double-checking the details in ALEX Builder.
When reviewing ALEX, focus on the differences between URLs.
When you have multiple employee groups in ALEX, some of their plan choices probably overlap. Each group gets their plan details from ALEX Builder, so if a specific plan is correct for one group, it’s correct for all of them. Rather than reviewing the same plan across multiple groups, focus on the unique elements of each group’s conversation.
When requesting an update, be sure to tell us which groups to update.
When you’re reviewing ALEX, you can use the handy-dandy “Updated Needed” button to request a change or tweak—like adding a text note to clarify something. When you describe what needs to be updated, make sure to tell your Implementation Expert which URLs and employee groups that update applies to.
